311 white and blue flourescent characters spell the sentence:
“RIVERS OF WINE + BEER + STREETS MADE FROM GINGER + NUTMEG + AN IDEAL LANDSCAPE + FERTILE GROUND COVER + PRECIOUS BUILDING IN WHICH NO ONE BUYS OR SELLS + NOR IS THERE A CRIPPLE OR BLIND MAN, NO-ONE IS CROSS-EYED OR A MUTE OR A SCABIES OR ACNE SUFFERER OR A FREAK + EVERYONE IS TOTALLY BEAUTIFUL IN ALL TREIR LIMBS + THE VIGOUR OF MEN TO ENJOY THEIR WOMEN WILL NEVER FALTER +”
The original work “Rivers of wine & beer” was mounted on two 11 m-high steel crossbeams and located at the entrance to a large open area behind the main station in Wiesbaden, Germany as part of the Wiesbadener Kunstsommer “Wo bitte geht’s zum Öffentlichen?” (2006 Summer of Art, Wiesbaden, Germany “Show me the Way to the Public Sphere!”). It has been transformed in 2012.
