311 white and blue flourescent char­acters spell the sentence:
“RIVERS OF WINE + BEER + STREETS MADE FROM GINGER + NUTMEG + AN IDEAL LANDSCAPE + FERTILE GROUND COVER + PRECIOUS BUILDING IN WHICH NO ONE BUYS OR SELLS + NOR IS THERE A CRIPPLE OR BLIND MAN, NO-ONE IS CROSS-EYED OR A MUTE OR A SCABIES OR ACNE SUFFERER OR A FREAK + EVERYONE IS TOTALLY BEAUTIFUL IN ALL TREIR LIMBS + THE VIGOUR OF MEN TO ENJOY THEIR WOMEN WILL NEVER FALTER +”
The original work “Rivers of wine & beer” was mounted on two 11 m-high steel cross­beams and located at the entrance to a large open area behind the main station in Wies­baden, Germany as part of the Wies­badener Kunst­sommer “Wo bitte geht’s zum Öffentlichen?” (2006 Summer of Art, Wies­baden, Germany “Show me the Way to the Public Sphere!”). It has been trans­formed in 2012.
